U.S. 4000 series promotion issue

I just bought a new 4070 directly from Asus 2 weeks ago. I have been wanting to upgrade my 900 series gpu for awhile and with the Diablo 4 promotion I figured it was as good a time as any since I plan on playing a lot with my brother. Many people in reddit threads recommend the Asus Dual 4070 as one of the best performing MSRP cards. When I went shopping for it I saw only the black was available with the bundle on Amazon and Newegg. However the Asus US website lists the white model as part of the promotion.

I know in Newegg promotional items are added to your cart when purchasing, but since I couldn't find any additional information on the Asus site I decided to reach out to support for clarification. I linked to the us promotional ad and the us storefront in the chat asking if the card was eligible and was told yes. https://imgur.com/tj4WGTa

When I never received a code for the game I reached back out to support. I provided the transcript from my chat pre purchase and was told that the promotion was meant for APAC territories but they would try to correct the mistake and see if I could be provided with a code and I would hear back by email in 1-2 days. 3 days later I contacted support again to see if there were any updates on the ticket. I was told no updates but it was being elevated again and I would hear back in 1-2 business days. After another 2 business days of silence I contacted support again this time by phone and was told they couldn't reach a manager at that time but I would need to ask nvidia if they could send me a code.

I understand the support agents themselves not having the authority to issue codes, but Asus US has clearly marketed themselves as participating in the promotion. You can find others on reddit similarly left out in the cold by support.

Could you please help clarify  what issues you encountered during the registration for the Rise Against Evil: Get Diablo IV with select GeForce RTX 40 Series promotions?
According to the GeForce Experience Coupon Code Redemption FAQ, it may take approximately 14 days to receive the code. Therefore, it is possible that you will need to wait for the process to be completed.
Meanwhile, we recommend organizing relevant information, including the product serial number and purchase proof, and sending it to "rog_forum@asus.com" for further verification.
