Hello,

I have question regarding Matrix, since pump speed is set at 100% all the time and cannot be changed, what is considered too loud for the card, mine is pretty loud and over time mainly after prolongued time seems to be getting louder and louder, would that be enough of the reason for an RMA?

I have this card for like month and it wasn't this loud at the beggining so I would guess the pump is actually failing.

1. GPU Tweak software confirmation: Are you using the GPU Tweak software to control the fan speed?
2. Fan speed and problem start time: Is the fan constantly running at 100% speed? When did this problem start to occur?
3. 12VHPWR cable confirmation: Are you using the 12VHPWR cable that came with the power supply?
4. Driver and system version confirmation: Have you confirmed that the BIOS, operating system (OS), and graphics card drivers are all updated to the latest versions?
5. Computer specifications and screenshot provision: Please provide your computer specifications (motherboard, graphics card, CPU, power supply unit models, etc.).
6. Please provide a screenshot of the GPU Tweak software settings and a screenshot of the GPU-Z software.

Hello Aureliannn_ROG

1. I"m not using GPU Tweak to control fan speed.
Wasn't even talking about fans making noise at all, its the pump of the GPU.

2. From what I was able to find about this specific card pump is hard set to 100% all the time no matter the load, so issue starts as soon as I turn pc on and presist until i turn it off.
And when it started happening like 2 weeks ago.
