RMA NIGHTMARE WITH 4070 ti

I've literally have been given no answers when asked about rma procedures in regards to my rog strix 4070 ti. almost 15+ calls and all ive been given is the same teleprompt response for the damaged card that they sent to me as a replacement for my original card. im not going to accept a damaged card for one that i literally cared for so much. I would expect someone stateside to please help me take care of this with a proper replacement for this hassle i've been having to deal with

Additionally, you mentioned whether the issue still persists after receiving the repaired graphics card. We need to confirm this further.

Im still dealing with the rma return process at this moment in time. If i receive the second card in worse condition then the first one you guys sent me then i will escalate further reaching out to you all.

I still haven't received any update with my rma at this time I'm hoping i don't have to wait another two weeks for my gpu.

Second card sent came back in worse shape than the first one. the back bracket was bent and the whole card had flex in in it.
