RMA in hiatus due to ASUS repair center mixing up my graphics card

Basically I sent in a 3080 Strix for an RMA and I receive a email from their repair center claiming there was physical damage on my card. They picture proof they sent was a damaged 3080 Strix EVA edition with the very recognizable purple shroud. It's been 2 weeks since I disputed their claim now going in circles asking for updates. 

Looking up my serial number on their system shows it's a regular 3080 Strix so there was no switch up beforehand.
