Hey all! So I'm having trouble with my graphics card Asus ROG Strix 1080 Ti OC. It won't show up in either Aura Sync or Armory Crate so I'm therefore stuck with static purple color and I can't change the RGB, do you have any solution for this problem and how do I fix it? Note that all my other peripihals are showning up such as the motherboard, led strips and ROG Terminal. Please help

Hello, @Jonisbabonis
According to [ASUS Aura Creator] Aura Creator Compatible Devices, the ROG-STRIX-GTX1080TI-O11G-GAMING you inquired about is not supported by Armoury Crate.
We recommend that you search for the model on the official website, go to Support, then DRIVER & Utility, choose your operating system, and scroll down to find "AURA RGB Lighting Control for Graphic card." to set the RGB configuration.
Thank you.

Well that doesn't work and as soon as I launches the program AURA RGB LIGHTNING CONTROL it says Arua not found and therefore I can't even boot the program even though the graphics card is fully working and it's shown in BIOS and in Asus Tweak

And also why is it no longer supported? It has worked fine before with armory crate and all of the sudden it doesn't even detect the GPU in crate. Why?

Sounds like you kept upgrading Armoury Crate and uninstalled (or reinstalled Windows) recently. Having a new install means that you have lost the original support files for the GTX 1080 TI (which were there until recently). The reason the support was removed (a long time ago) was because older hardware cannot keep up when synced with newer products. Software cannot overcome the hardware limitation.
If however, you are interested in having support anyway, files can provided (please PM me). We must be clear in saying that there likely performance issues. It can be uninstalled if it doesn't work out well.

Hello, @Jonisbabonis
It's not that Aura Creator or Armoury Crate are no longer supported, but the ROG-STRIX-GTX1080TI-O11G-GAMING model wasn't ever included in the supported list.
The lighting effects on this specific graphics card have always been managed by "AURA RGB Lighting Control for Graphic Card".
Thank you.
