Hello, I have been having this issue for a while now and havent been able to figure out what is going with my GPU BUS Interface. The image on the left is the GPU at idle and the image tot he right is the GPU running the Render Test from GPU-Z (by clicking the "?" icon).
My main concern is that I am not getting the full bandwidth out of my card for some reason and I cannot figure out why. Also, I know that I am not running the latest drivers as seen in the images posted, but I know that is not causing the issue since my issue has persisted through previous driver updates in the past.
My PC configuration is below:
Storage: All storage is using standard length SATA cables with no extensions.
OS: Windows 11 Home, Version 23H2, OS Build 22631.6199
PCIE Connections:

Hi @DrGoldfishe
First things first, before looking at the shared resources dictated in the manual, have you checked to see if the GPU runs at full width without any storage installed (and the GEN 2 card)?

Sounds like lane sharing between PCIEX4(G4)_1 and PCIEX16(G5)_1.
PCIEX4(G4)_1 and M2_1 (PCIe 5.0) + M2_2 (PCIe 4.0) appear to be connected to the CPU, so PCIEX4(G4)_1 is likely being treated like an M.2 drive, resulting in lane sharing.
Unfortunately, the manual doesn't provide any information regarding PCIEX4(G4)_1.
I would suggest testing whether the PCIe to USB 3.2 Gen 2 card behaves when installed in PCIEX4(G4)_2, and whether the GPU then connects via PCIe 5.0 x16.

I will test it removing the usb hub and post the results.

Hi there and happy new year!
I have removed my USB card plugged into PCIEX4(G4)_1, so that spot is now empty.
Now the only PCIE device connected is my GPU.
Here are updated screenshots from GPU-Z.
The first image is the GPU at idle and the second image is the GPU under a synthetic load from pressing the "?" button in GPU-Z.
I'm starting to think this may be a BIOS issue, but I am just really unsure why this is happening.

Hi @DrGoldfishe
Reseat the CPU. Ensure for consistent mounting pressure.
If using a riser cable, remove and connect the GPU directly to the PCIE slot.
If no, make sure the card is fully seated.
From experience, it could be any of those three, too.

Try reseating your components
