So i messed up my registration for the promotion "Black Myth Sun Wukong" by inputting the wrong number for the DDIP making it so that my graphics card is registered but "not eligible" for the promotion. i am unable to reregister the card and cannot find any edit/change options. does anyone know if there is a method to change it on my own? or do i need to ask support?
