- Fan Operation Status: Are all the fans running at 100% speed? Or is this issue only happening with specific fans?

- Computer Usage: Does this issue only happen when you are playing games or doing things that use a lot of computer power? Does it also happen when you are using your computer normally?
- Fan Control Test: Have you tried installing the GPU Tweak software and adjusting the fan speed when the issue occurs? Did that work?

- Video Provision: Please record a video showing the fan running fast, then the software showing 3474 RPM, and then you turning the 0db function on and off to see if the fan speed changes. This will help us analyze the problem.
