Honestly, I couldn't be happier with how this RMA went. My 4090 Tuf was one of the unfortunate 4090s with a melted 12VHPWR header because of a Cablemod 12VHPWR angled adapter. But from the time I created the support ticket to receiving my replacement 4090, the entire process only took about a week and a half. I even got a call from the corporate customer support rep at the end to check in and make sure I was fully taken care of. Now I have a new 4090 Tuf that has no coil whine too thankfully, my last one whined like crazy, so annoying. All in all, well done ASUS Support!
