Asus claims they shipped all components while I only received the Hyperion Case. I understand that i can sue them in small claims court since the have a place in NYC. Anyone else have this issue with Asus that failed to mail me my purchased items? FYI, they told me to do a charge back, which then they fought. They are unethical.
