Hello, today I installed the ASUS TUF Gaming Radeon™ RX 7900 XT OC Edition 16GB GDDR6 into my PC and tried to run GPU Tweak III to adjust its performance. However, the launch always ends with an error:

What I’ve tried:
• Uninstalled drivers (both NVIDIA and AMD) using DDU
• Reinstalled AMD drivers multiple times (clean installation):
- Tried the latest version – 25.3.1
- Older version 24.12.1
- The newest beta version – 25.3.2
• tried different versions of GPU Tweak:
- 1.9.4.3
- 1.9.0.3
- 1.8.7.3
• Tried Windows 10 Pro, Windows 10 IoT LTSC, Windows 11 (all on completely separate disks):
- All fully updated
• Tried changing the system language to English
• Tried running Tweak as administrator, tried compatibility mode, safe mode etc.
Absolutely nothing works, and I always get the error mentioned above.

Sorry for the spam, but after more than 14 hours of trying and testing everything possible, I finally got Tweak to launch. It seems like it won’t start unless the AMD Adrenalin installation is in "full" mode. That’s the only change I made during the last driver reinstall (which I did almost 20 times).

I forgot to mention that I’ve tried different versions of .NET Framework and C++ Redistributable Package as well.

I apologize, it is the 'ASUS TUF Gaming Radeon™ RX 9070 XT OC Edition 16GB GDDR6' card. (My AI translator changed the model on its own.)"

Update: I tried a clean installation of Windows 10 on a new-empty drive with exactly the same result. I can't think of anything else to try.
