Card registration editing PLEASE HELP

So I messed up my registration of my graphics card (DUAL-RTX4070-O12G-EVO) for the promotion "Black Myth Sun Wukong" by inputting the wrong number for the DDIP making it so that my graphics card is registered but "not eligible" for the promotion. I am unable to reregister the card and cannot find any edit/change options. does anyone know if there is a method to change it on my own? or do I need to ask for ROG support? (i messaged ASUS support and they told me to come here PLEASE HELP!)

I received my code but it won't me claim in Steam. I've confirmed the code is correct and tried on Steam mobile and Steam for Windows.

According to the instructions, the code should be redeemed in the NVIDIA beta app. Then NVIDIA will promote to link your steam account.

I submitted the necessary information regarding the promotional code over a week ago to rog_forum@asus.com, but I have yet to receive any response. The ASUS Australia Support Team instructed me to reply to this thread, which I did, and just moments ago, I also sent all the required information to rog_forum@asus.com once again.

Could you please advise on the next steps or how I can ensure this matter is resolved?
