So I messed up my registration of my graphics card (DUAL-RTX4070-O12G-EVO) for the promotion "Black Myth Sun Wukong" by inputting the wrong number for the DDIP making it so that my graphics card is registered but "not eligible" for the promotion. I am unable to reregister the card and cannot find any edit/change options. does anyone know if there is a method to change it on my own? or do I need to ask for ROG support? (i messaged ASUS support and they told me to come here PLEASE HELP!)

Hello,
I have the same problem. I've purchased a ROG Strix SCAR 18 and the model is G834JYR and it says that it is not eligible for the promotion but it is because of the RTX 4090.
I've already sent an email with all required information but I haven't had a response yet.

ASUS Support Australia have directed me to reply to this thread.
I provided the wrong PID initially but have sent the correct on in to rog_forum@asus.com many days ago now without reply and the status of of my claim for the game has not changed. Can you please advise what to do or get in touch so I can finalize this? Thank you in advance.

I have been directed to this page from asus support team Australia as they said you could help. I had initially added the wrong invoice, and have sent the correct information based off the instructions listed above.
