Black screen NVIDIA rtx2060 max q

When ever I open a game it will black screen, the only way I can manage to run a game is by putting it in windowed mode 

could be a dying graphics card but I want to know if anyone else ran into this problem and maybe found a solution

Try Windows Key + Ctrl + Shift + B, I don't know what is cause of this but this might help, does all games have this, if this doesn't help, I will get u another solution
