ASUS WHERE IS MY BUNDLE CODE?

I have recently purchased a 4080 super oc white edition gpu and with my invoice i was informed that i can also redeem the "Black Myth: Wukong" game for free due to a limited time event which my gpu was eligible for. I followed all the steps and instructions that the event instructed and yet i'm still here empty handed with no bundle code??? I registered my gpu on the asus website and on the application status it still says "not deal with yet". ASUS or ROG, YOU DO REALISE THIS IS A LIMITED TIME EVENT WHICH IS THE REASON I AM IMPATIENT. I have seen all the other discussions on the forum of other people not getting their bundle code for other games that their purchased product was eligible for. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AND GET OUR HOPES UP FOR NOTHING!!!😠

Also i have all proof of my invoice and everything if you guys reach out to me and want to make this right

We recommend you first refer to the "REDEEM YOUR GAME CODE" steps in the following link and double-check that you have filled in all information correctly:

Fulfill Your Destiny – Get Black Myth: Wukong with select GeForce RTX 40 Series.* (asus.com)

If you have confirmed that the information is correct but the application status still shows "Pending", please send an email to ROG_Forum@asus.com with the following information:

• Email subject: Game Bundle Redemption – Black Myth: Wukong
• Your country/region of residence
• Product serial number and PPID (For instructions on how to find your serial number and PPID, please refer to: How to find serial number and PPID? | Official Support | ASUS Global)
• Purchase receipt download URL: Please upload your purchase receipt for the eligible graphics card to a cloud storage service (such as Dropbox, WeTransfer, ASUS WebStorage) and provide the download URL.

Yeah i got the code basically on the deadline to register which was august 8 or 9. Basically i was too impatient and panicked because of what other people experience on past bundle code events. Pretty much all solved and have the game downloaded on my steam since the release of the game 😄

I have been able to apply for the promo as well, but I just have "Registered activity - Not deal with yet" in the application status tab.

Is there like an average wait time I can expect before I'm able to get the code?? @Aureliannn_ROG

Yeah man i'm not sure why i thought i would get the code as soon as i registered but basically yes there is a time frame where you have to wait to get the bundle code. For me i registered on the 22nd of July because that's when my 4080 super came to my front door. Then i ended up getting the code at the deadline of the register date for the (Black Myth: Wukong) game, which was August 8 or 9. Let me know if you got yours too!

If not then its best to email them personally
