Hello @Hirako6677

we understand that you have encountered intermittent black screen issues while using the PG32UCDM.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your feedback.

After our investigation, we have confirmed that the PG32UCDM panel has a built-in protection mechanism. When it detects an abnormal condition, it may activate the protection mode and switch the screen to black. In such cases, you can try turning the monitor off and on again to restore normal operation.

However, due to the many possible causes of black screens, it is difficult to accurately determine the problem through online consultation alone.

To more accurately identify the problem and provide the most effective solution, we recommend that you send your display to an official service center for detailed inspection by professional engineers.

If you have a repair request, please provide the following information via private message so that we can assist you in arranging the subsequent repair process:

  • Your full name
  • Your contact phone number
  • Your email address
  • Your country or region of residence
  • Your display product serial number

If you have any questions before sending for repair, or if you need any other assistance, please feel free to contact us.
Thank you.
