I sent my card to Asus for an RMA when my new Rog Strix 4090 started crashing. However, to my dismay, Asus replaced the graphics card with another heavily worn-out card that had already been disassembled. The screws were stuck, and there were scratches all over it. It is unacceptable that Asus would do this to customers who paid 2000 Euros for a new graphics card. This is an illegal transaction, and if Asus fails to take action to repair and return my confiscated card or provide me with a new one, I will have to seek legal assistance.
