Alan Wake 2 Event - "Registered activity - Not deal with yet "

Hello guys, I'm very new to all of these events/promotions and also to this forum. I recently purchased an RTX 4070 ASUS Dual on November 25 and received it on 26th and I immediately registered my product for the Alan Wake 2 event and till now I haven't receive the code. 

Should I keep on waiting or should I email them? And what's the email address?

Yes, I email to rog_forum@asus.com and they responded after couple of hours. I already redeemed the game. Thank you so much!

Hi, I have a similar issue, I have registered my Proart rtx 4070 ti oc edition graphics card to Asus through Alan Wake promotion link. I have issued Invoice and Serial screen shots to register process. Now it says Lack of information no invoice added.
I could not find a way to add invoice again. Would be ok if I send an email to rog_forum@asus.com?
I have a ticket to Asus and they reply me that saying they are not responsible to provide promo code. They refer me to seller, seller is not accepting to provide the promo code and refer me to Asus.


Yeah you can email them, they quickly respond. I was just on a different time zone so it took a couple of hours.

Unfortunately I did not receive any reply yet from rog mail.

Have the same issue. Can't get the code. Talked with Amazon and registered to ASUS event and nothing. Can somebody from ASUS help me with this?

Thanks for suggestion, before make a google search for the problem to get promo code, I have already contacted with local Asus support and Retailer support. They both reject to help.
