7900 XTX DEAD

Hi,

I bought an ASUS Radeon RX 7900 XTX reference model about 6 months ago, and it's completely broken. It does not play any game. It always had issues, but at this point it is completely dead. I don't think this is covered by ASUS warranty. Do I have any options? Am I literally going to end up having to throw this thing into the garbage? This just doesn't feel right.

Does anyone know what I can do? I know it is broken,  because I have an extra GPU to test games on. I can't help but to feel like I've been scammed. All I did was try to play a video game. I never even overclocked or anything. Is this something that requires a lawyer? In my opinion, this is false advertisement, at best. It's supposed to be able to play video games at default settings, but it can't.

Thanks,

Jake

Sorry. I RMA'd the card. Idk why I was still freaking out about it. I already shipped it out. It's dead.

Hello, @jakefrances

Could you please provide more detailed information about the problem?
This includes the brand and model of the current motherboard, BIOS version, relevant settings, whether you've tested the GPU in different slots or on another motherboard, whether the problem only occurs while gaming, and whether it's specific to certain games.
When you mention "unable to play games," does it result in a crash to the desktop or an automatic shutdown?
If possible, kindly provide a comprehensive video recording of the issue occurring, which will help us better understand your current situation.

Thank you.
