So i had 5080FE before but i was not happy with performance of the card and the cooler so i took additional money to buy top of the top - Astral (5090 is out of my possibility at the moment). And guess what, Astral has lower performance than stock 5080 FE. My clocks are stuck at 2760 max and voltage is not exceeding 0,975/ or 0,990 after OC. I've tried DDU in safe mode (5 times), 3 different drivers versions, 2 different cables (Got Corsair RM1000x 2024 edition). Derbauer in his video had Astral clocking like 2950 and taking 380W during steel nomad with 9340 score. Mine is taking 320W, clocks stuck at 2760 and score under average of 8574...And i have 450W bios preinstalled ( got message that i dont need to update vbios when i tried) My FE had 8800 points at stock...
I dont know what to do anymore, i tried RMA through Asus website and I got message that i cannot RMA through Asus and i need to contact shop where i bought it (Proshop). This will probably take a month without a card when im using my PC for work also and i cannot be without PC.
To be honest i am really dissapointed, this is my first Asus card, bought the most expensive model possible to avoid any problems and have best possible performance. I dont know what to do with this problem.

Edit: Sending RMA next Wednesday. Tried everything and even mounted it in another PC without results. Voltage is stuck at max 0,990 which is resulting boost clocks with max 2790 (usually its stuck at 2760, 2790 is the highest i have seen). I've checked plenty of astral revievs and all are boosting over 2900 with everything at stock... Changing vbios for quiet is not changing anything eiter. @Aureliannn_ROG
Aureliannn could you please report this problem to someone? I have seen other posts with Asus cards with this problems and getting it replaced https://rog-forum.asus.com/t5/gaming-graphics-cards/looking-for-help-regarding-issues-with-asus-tuf-...
Would be great if anyone could respond

Just a quick thing to check.
There is an issue with voltage, temps and clocks being reported on the WHQL driver 576.02. There is a hot fix driver that addresses this issue. The notes only state temperature, however, I've inspected this driver (576.02) and it does fail to update voltage also once resuming from sleep states.
Although you've tested different driver versions, might be an idea to try the hotfix.

Hi, thank you for your suggestion. Sadly this issue happened also on previous drivers, 576.02 also, and with 576.15 hotfix also. I' checked Overlockers and Techpowerup forums for 5080 and users of asus but also other brands are suggesting that some of 5080 boards are hard programmed for 0,990 max and this is resulting with not boosting properly.
