How this could possible be happening? I finished yesterday game of PUBG went to sleep and this morning this line appears. I live alone and nobody and nothing could have hit the monitor in the meantime. 

Anybody had the same issue? and what to do?

To better assist you with this issue, we recommend that you try the following steps:

1. Factory reset: Please reset your display to its factory settings to rule out any incorrect settings.
2. Check connections: Ensure that the connection between the display and your computer is secure. We recommend that you try replacing the display cable.
3. Update graphics card driver: Please ensure that you have the latest graphics card driver installed. You can visit the graphics card manufacturer's website to download and install the latest driver.

If the issue persists after completing the above steps, we recommend that you send your display to our service center for inspection.
