I've just bought a New ROG STRIX G10CE with Intel(R) Core(TM) i5, and an NVIDEA GeForce RTX 3050.
Please tell me if this is the right place to ask this or not.
After unpacking it, and beginning setup, I went to plug in the accessories and my new monitor. I noticed that the HDMI cable wasn't fitting in the port, even after I did the necessary turn-around a couple times, and than I saw that all the ports on the back of the computer were misaligned with the tower. I like fixing stuff up. Just recently I brought my mother's old Canon Camera back to life after the batteries she accidentally left in there had left Alkaline Leakage inside the battery port and on the metal body inside the outer casing. However, I'm unsure whether opening my tower, and fixing it myself is the best option or not. I can't find any information that directly states whether that would void the warranty or not. I was looking into whether I could just have it serviced, so ASUS could fix it themselves, and I wouldn't have to worry about accidentally voiding my warranty. The support page isn't loading for some reason, and I can't find anything that would tell me if it would even be applicable, after all, I can still technically use my Desktop to the fullest extent. I have everything I need plugged in, but it just seems like something that should be fixed sooner rather than later, as quite a lot of the ports in the back are rendered unusable due to the alignment.
What's the best course of action? Do I fix it myself? Or should I just send it in to get looked at?
I'm not a professional, by any means, I just seem to have a knack for electronics. When I restored that camera, I had to disconnect an electrical connector(again, don't actually know what it's called) between the motherboard and a secondary board that the internal battery and the Flash was soldered to. When I put it back together, I couldn't get it to reattach due to the angle at which it needed to be connected.

Hello, @Zitronengott
Regarding the all-in-one desktop computer model, which includes the ROG Strix G10CE, please be aware that disassembling the device may void the warranty.
We are uncertain about the specific issue of "the HDMI cable wasn't fitting in the port" you are describing. It is possible that the ports of new products may feel tight and require some force during the insertion and removal processes.
We would be grateful if you could provide relevant videos for us to further identify and address the problem.
However, based on the information you have provided, if you have any concerns, we recommend contacting the original place of purchase for further clarification.
Thank you.
