G16CHR BIOS update?

Is there any ETA on the bios update for G16CHR?

I have bought the prebuilt recently and the last of this conversation I have seen was 2 weeks ago. 

I am hoping it will be out soon or I will likely return the PC to Best Buy and buy for another brand.

They said sometimes this month. I sure hope so.

I was looking into this for the last few days. I got a reply from a rep saying that the update is "Under consideration" and they don't have a date. I'm frankly regretting my purchase. Why do other boards like the G16CH have the update while we're left destroying our CPU? This was a fix that came out in September (5 months ago!) My guess is they don't see it as a priority given the statement they released saying they'll issue an extended warranty for the processors in question. For now, you could try setting an V offset on your CPU to prevent the over voltage issue, not sure if that'll actually correct all the issues though.
