I have the latest BIOS available for G10DK which is version 310 that was released in 2022/12/14.
The issue is, eventhough I have enabled both the Secure Boot and TPM 2.0, I still cannot play BO7 Ranked Play mode because it says my device does not meet the attestation requirements. I researched and found out it's because of the TPM version. When I run tpm.msc, it shows me that the TPM version for AMD is 3.71.0.5. Based on COD's support page:
We need version AMD 3.92.5.5. So we need a BIOS update or we won't be able to play BO7 or future COD games. Possibly future multiplayer games. So please add a new BIOS update for G10DK motherboards

There should be more people complaining about this. We now have a choice, Purchase a new system to something that is not Asus is not ROG brand and ensure we widely spread the fact that an expensive Rig from ROG or Asus cannot give us a simple bio update for Call of Duty Ranked and possibly many other games. It has been more than 3 days since ranked release, and all G10DK ASUS ROG users have been left behind simply because we made the wrong choice to become ROG and ASUS customers??

I’m having the same issue. I’ve been emailing US Support, and they told me that since I’m in Mexico, I should contact Mexico Support. Then Mexico Support replied telling me to email US Support again. No one is solving anything. My equipment is in excellent condition; I just need the new firmware so I can play.

Hello,
Let me preface this by saying I have no fix and am currently waiting for ASUS support to email me back.
I have been able to play multiplayer and warzone no problems with a TPM notification for months. I am not able to play ranked as I would get a message to the effect of “TPM not on”
I started messing around with the BIOS update and other settings and was able to turn on fTPM (where AMD is concerned the “F” if for “firmware TPM”)
I was able to turn on TPM and when typing “tpm.msc” I would see it be “ready for use” but it was version 3.68.0.5 please note the “zero” in it. I later found out that this is a “bugged out” version. Anyhow I kept trying and eventually got to “Windows security” and under “Device security” I found that many of those options were “off” I had trouble turning them on due to “incompatible drivers” I went down that rabbit hole and fixed all my drivers as they can prevent the TPM from functioning. I was then able to go to “security processors details” and finally saw a the TPM Attestation status as “Ready” I was so excited! Restarted my PC and COD now said “Your BIOS is out of date” essentially not letting me play ranked and giving me another reason. I never upgraded BIOS but rather re-installed the latest version I already had and was able to play with. I have noticed since all of this happens I get more “hacker lobbies”
As a last resort I went on ASUS support website and was told they were aware of this issue and that it was a “firmwate issue” and that they would escalate it to see if a “beta bios” could be released for the G10DK. They also tried to give me the general advice of “update bios, UEFI on, secure boot, blah blah no legacy mode”
All-in-all I wasted a significant amount of time to still not be able to play I consider myself somewhat computer savvy and I imagine most gamers do but I would like to warn people to be careful when deleting their secure book keys and reseting the TPM. Always have access to your BitLocker key and have a back up of your hard drive when possible.
Lastly,
Please see this link from AMD recognizing this issue:
https://www.amd.com/en/resources/support-articles/faqs/pa-420.html
It basically says the manufacturer is to help you if they are willing to make/release another update addressing this.
Good luck and if I hear back I will post again!

Hello everyone, ASUS ROG replied to me and said that the ASUS support team has an update, but they were just about to test it. I asked them if they could send it to me, and they never responded
At this point, I might have to buy another PC that isn’t ASUS. The brand is losing customers

If thats the case i hope they release it soon, i know only a few have adressed this but with this much people texting support and nothing yet; it just makes the company look bad. asus needs to do something.
