Desktop PC 'This serial number already registered'

Attempting to register an old GT51CH device I've had for some time but never registered, but I'm receiving a "This serial number already registered" message.

How can I resolve this issue? Scratch that, I had already registered it back in the day, but it's appearing under ASUS instead of the ROG category.
