I noticed after having a new ROG Strix 1000w PSU installed that I no longer have Bluetooth, I checked the Device Manager and found it under Hidden Devices. So after doing a LOT of searches about how to fix the issue I stumbled on a video where the guy said to uninstall drivers under the Bluetooth parent so I started and got to about the third then suddenly no Bluetooth at all I've tried every method suggested to get it back even a "cold reeboot" doesn't bring it back I am lost 😞

I thought out of curiosity I would try using the Microsoft "Send to phone" function in Windows 11 even though it requires Bluetooth to send files to my phone and guess what it worked. So for anybody else with the issue of "losing" their onboard Bluetooth well it seems you haven't because Microsoft's Send to phone feature works
