Hello. I am encountering an issue with my month-old gaming PC and blue screen errors. The stop code I usually get is UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION and it's driving me crazy. I have tried using the System File Checker and it says that there are no integrity violations. I am wanting to find the root cause of the problem and have this fixed. My system model is ROG STRIX G10CES_G10CES. I have also looked at event viewer and says the system shutdown was unexpected. I also don't see any minidump files. I am also on the latest version of Windows 11.

Hi @SabbathFan ,
based on your issue, may I ask have you try to change the current intel VMD controller setting to another option?
According to your issue, you can refer to the following FAQ:
Please make sure that you try the steps to solve your problems.
Thank you.

These are the results I get when I scan my computer.

I read the FAQ, and the Intel VMD controller thing seems to be for the BSOD code "INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE". The code I'm getting is "UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION".

My VGA card is an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 Ti, and I realized I needed to update it. If my PC continues to BSOD even after I updated my VGA card, I will let you know.

Okay, hope it can make some difference, but we may need to wait to find out.
Also, not sure if you would rather try it first or later, but we normally like to suggest G10CE customers with Nvidia vga cards try the latest *.3699 vga driver from our G10CE support page below (which I'm wondering may be installed through Windows updates as well if you want to check that) even if it is older than what is currently installed for troubleshooting purposes since newer drivers can sometimes have issues too.

I am on version 31.0.15.5123, and my PC still blue screened.

Thanks for the update.
Did you already try the older approved V31.0.15.3699 version for the G10CE on the download page below or mind to try it for troubleshooting purposes?

If the problems started around the same time the vga driver was updated it may make more sense, but if it isn't going to cause any problems, probably worth a try.
If you had the *.3699 driver installed previously, you can also check the Win10 FAQ below about installing older driver versions which should also work for Win11 if you don't want to re-download the *.3699 driver.

Just downloaded 31.0.15.3699. I will get back to you if my computer blue screens.
