I recently updated Armoury Crate on my Asus Scar 18 (2024), and since then, Aura Sync no longer detects my laptop. The option is completely greyed out in the UI. I used to sync everything seamlessly, but now I can’t even select my device under the Aura Sync section.
I tried:
Reinstalling Armoury Crate
Updating BIOS
Running the uninstaller tool + fresh install
Checking device manager for hidden RGB drivers
Still no luck. 😤
It kinda reminds me of when I was messing around with a fan project online—trying to get certain Pokémon fusions to work, but the sprites wouldn’t line up due to conflicting data. Anyone into that scene might know what I’m talking about—especially if you've used the Pokemon Infinite Fusion Calculator. It’s like Aura Sync is suffering from the same mismatch issue under the hood.
Anyone here found a real fix without a full Windows reinstall? Or is this something ASUS is likely to patch soon?
