Armoury crate - Gpu stuck in extreme power saving mode

 Hello,
I recently bought a desktop but as shown in the pictures, the gpu is stuck in extreme power saving mode.
Ive tried a few things included:

- Uninstalling and reinstalling armoury crate
- Reinstalling my graphic card driver using the nvidia app.
- Disabling and reinabling the display driver
- Changing windows power mode, the power mode in the nvidia control panel.
- All of my drivers are up to date and ive also recently updated my bios driver

My games are also capping at 60 fps in game but i believe it might have something to do with this power saving thing...?

according to your question, may I confirm the following questions?

1. May I ask if you could provide the model number of the product you are currently using (MB or PC)? 
2. Can you confirm if the graphics card is correctly recognized in the Device Manager? Please provide a screenshot of the graphics card in the Device Manager. 
3. When did this issue start occurring? Have you made any changes recently? 

If you have already used the official Armoury Crate uninstall tool to uninstall and reinstall the software, but the issue still persists, please provide the logs for our reference.
The logs contain detailed information about the software's operation and can help us quickly identify the problem.
Please ensure that the logs accurately record the occurrence of the issue.
