Armoury Crate and Aura Creator not detecting addressable led strips

After I updated Armoury Crate to the latest version then installed Aura Creator for more rgb effects I realised it wasn't detecting my led strips at all in both apps. Both can detect my board and case rgb but not the led strips for some reason. Send help.

Hi @2Q ,

may I ask whether you encounter ROG Addressable LED Strip did not detect by Armoury Crate? Have you make sure that your motherboards required onboard 3-pin addressable header? 
Please make sure you have connect the 3-pin connector of your addressable LED extension cable to your ROG addressable LED strip.
Then connect the addressable LED extension cable to the 3-1 pin ADD_HEADER on your motherboard. Thank you.
