Anything I can do about a loud fan? (ROG STRIX G16CHR)

Hi. I just bought a ROG STRIX G16CHR desktop. So far, everything about it is great except that the fan is quite loud -even when it's not running a game. 

Is there anything I can do to reduce this noise? Thanks in advance
