ROG Raikiri Pro not connecting to armoury crate

I cannot get my controller to connect to Armoury crate so I can configure the controls. I have tried Bluetooth, dongle, and cable.

does your controller work when using Bluetooth, RF 2.4 receiver, and cable? If yes, please try reinstalling Armoury Crate and see if the new version can detect the device.
