Connect Raikiri Pro with USB cable, update the firmware in armoury, and I can see the controller in the device. In aura sync, I can choose the device to sync the lights, but I cannot open the Raikiri page for settings. Clicking on Raikiri Pro will prompt a page error, code s-1003. The rest of the equipment can be set up in the armory crate to run normally. Any helps?
