Can't get my new Raikiri Pro to enter Bluetooth pairing mode.

Hi, all, just picked up a Raikiri Pro to use with my PC but I am stuck at work doing nothing so I decided to try and connect it to my phone to play some Game Pass, but I can't get it into pairing mode to connect via Bluetooth and don't have a C to C cable to physically connect them. Do I have to update the firmware before pairing mode will work or something?

Well, figured it out myself almost immediately. Nowhere in the instructions does it tell you that you have to navigate the menu on the controller and switch it to between different pairing modes (USB, 2.4ghz, Bluetooth). For future reference to those confused like I was, here are the steps:

  • Turn the power on
  • Wait for startup to finish
  • Hold down the RIGHT side button above the screen until the menu appears on the screen
  • Use presses of the same RIGHT side button to navigate the menu until you find the SYSTEM submenu
  • HOLD down the RIGHT side button on the SYSTEM option until it advances to the menu
  • HOLD the RIGHT side button on the PC option
  • Navigate to the Bluetooth option
  • HOLD the RIGHT side button down to select Bluetooth pairing

Hope this helps someone out someday. Do better, ASUS.
