Sonic studio drivers error

Recently i found out there is a driver problem with my Sonic studio virtual mixer !

It has this yellow warning sign with a ! mark and i just updated my drivers and its still a problem..how do i fix this ?

thank you for your question. 

May I know which product you are currently using? Please provide the model number.

Have you confirmed if the audio driver is updated to the latest version? Have you try to reinstall the driver? Please provide the current version.

Did you use Armoury Crate to update the audio driver? Please provide a screenshot of the Armoury Crate driver page.

We suggest checking if there are any additional software installed in the device manager. You can remove them and then restart to see if the issue still persists.

I got the Maximus extreme xiii board

I update my drivers using armoury crate and all the drivers are up to date it says.

They say the driver has been disablet...what do i then do ?

Removing realteal audio drivers removes the sonic studio mixer unit from the list.

But when i install the latest driver from realtek then it reapears again, Then there is a newer version called the same just with a B. It disables the driver for better systen stability. But its still on the hardware list. Just disabled now.

Will this be fixed in the next driver update ?

Try updating your drivers with Driver Booster for a quick fix.

I dont trust these driver boosters. they cost money and infects ur pc with everything else.

So unless asus dont have a updated driver, then no one has.

Could you please confirm if you are experiencing any issues besides the yellow exclamation mark, such as no sound or distorted audio during playback, and share screenshots or videos showing the yellow warning sign and the problem scenario you described?
The latest Realtek USB Audio Driver version on the ROG Maximus XIII Extreme official website is "B6.3.9600.2342."


May I ask if you have installed this version and if you are still encountering issues?
Kindly provide additional details about your hardware specifications, software versions (BIOS, operating system, and drivers), and the problem scenario to help us understand your issue better.
