The only thing listed under drivers is Armoury Crate, so there is no separate device driver.
Have you tried the firmware update?

Yes, I have tried the firmware update but after inserting the receiver and clicking on the EXE file it shows "Please replug-in Dongle and Headset then retry again...."There is also firmware in ARMOURY "B_HEADSET[DG]" keeps showing the installation error

have you tried using the official Uninstall tool to uninstall and reinstall Armoury Crate?

If you connect the headphones to other devices, does the problem persist?
When using a wired connection, is the device recognized by Armoury Crate? Can you perform a firmware update first?
To confirm the issue, it's recommended to remove other external devices when using the 2.4G connection to better isolate the problem.
Please also provide screenshots of your Armoury Crate Update Center page and logs.
Please confirm that the logs have accurately recorded the issue at the time it occurred.

I've got the update with the red triangle before, if you hover over it, it should give an error like 4191 or similar. It may also say to restart your pc and try updating again.
I'm not sure what causes it, but after a while, my device (ROG keyboard) eventually updated.
To update your headset...
1) Connect the wireless dongle to a pc usb port.
2) Connect the cable to your headset and a pc usb port.
3) Set the wireless switch on your headset to wired mode.
4) Try the update in Armoury Crate.

based on the screenshot you provided, it seems that your UWP App & Core Service Armoury Crate is not up to date.
Could you please update it first and check if the issue persists?
Additionally, could you please provide the serial number of the headphones via private message?

If updating Armoury Crate doesn't help, try the wireless receiver in another pc usb port.
I just had an update with the red triangle and moving the wireless receiver to another pc usb port got it to update.
