ROG Delta S Wireless won't connect via 2.4

Hi, I've been using my Delta Wireless for months without any issues. However, after updating the drivers for my ROG Delta S wireless headset (Version 4.03.06), the headset no longer connected via the 2.4 GHz adapter, although Bluetooth still worked correctly. I tried the headset on another computer and had the same issue.

I followed the steps at https://rog.asus.com/my/support/faq/1051041/ to re-pair the adapter, but the "Pair" button remains inactive even after several attempts. I also uninstalled Armory Crate using the uninstaller tool and reinstalled it, but the problem persists.

This issue started after installing the new drivers, and the headset worked correctly from day one.

Please help, I need to use my hearing aids.
