ROG Delta S Wireless unable to connect with 2.4

After updating the drivers for my ROG Delta S Wireless headset and ROG Falchion keyboard, I encountered a problem where the headset no longer connects via the 2.4GHz dongle, although Bluetooth still works fine. I tried the headset on another computer and faced the same issue.

I followed the steps in https://rog.asus.com/my/support/faq/1051041/  to re-pair the dongle, but the "Pair" button stays greyed out even after multiple attempts. I also uninstalled Armoury Crate using the uninstall tool and did a fresh reinstall, but the issue remains.

This issue began after installing new drivers, and the headset was working fine on the first day.

Please first follow the steps outlined in the FAQ below to see if the issue can be resolved:

If the issue persists and 2.4GHz wireless functionality cannot be restored, kindly help confirm and provide the following information:

  1. Headset firmware version (can be checked via Armoury Crate)
  2. Dongle firmware version
  3. Operating system version (e.g., Windows 11 23H2) and Armoury Crate version
  4. Was there any interruption during the driver or firmware update process? (e.g., device unplugged or forced shutdown)
  5. If possible, please provide screenshots or a short video showing the pairing failure or unrecognized device status
  6. Armoury crate log

The log files contain detailed information about the software's operation, which can help our backend team identify the issue. 
Please ensure that the logs accurately capture the moment the issue occurs. (Please enable logging, perform the problematic operation once, and then package the logs.)

After completing the above steps, please upload the collected log files to a cloud storage service and provide the link along with the approximate time and method of operation via private messege for our analysis. 
Also, please provide your product serial number.
