Rog Delta S WIRELESS Not Working in 2.4

Good evening everyone, today I bought the rog delta s wireless and I tried to connect them with the 2.4 dongle but the computer didn't see it, I tried with 4 different PCs but nothing, how can I solve it?TY

Hello there, i have the same issue with the pairing tool, i followed instructions but can't hit the "pair" button, be honest with me and the people , tell us the truth. Is this fixable or to return them to the store?

i bought them for 200e just to spend my entire time to search how to fix this dongle???

i will never  ever buy anything from assus just because of this.
