ROG Delta S Wireless Keeps Beeping 3 Times

I saw a post similar to this way back 20223 so i am bringing this to surface again since i now experience the same issue and there was no solution for it!
when using 2.4, it plays 3 short beeps every 40 seconds, the music is not interrupted, the volume control does not work
when using BT every 38 seconds one long beep and 3 short beeps, the music is not interrupted, the volume control does not work

No problem with charging, latest updates installe

could you please help us confirm the following:

1. Could you provide the version numbers for all the headset-related items on the Armoury Crate Update Center page for our reference?
2. Also, we would like to ask if this issue has existed since you purchased the headset? Or did it start appearing after a specific firmware update?
3. Have you tried connecting the headset to other devices? Does the same problem occur on those devices as well?

To further understand the situation, please record a video of the issue occurring and provide it to our team for review. Thank you for your help.
