Hello, my ROG Delta S Wireless stopped work after last update and I can not turn it on in any mode - 2.4 or BT. The led is red when headset connected to PC but Armoury Crate app can't see it and I can not update it. As soon as i dissconnect there are no lights at all in all 3 positions... Please help

based on your issue, may I ask have you try to "uninstall" Armouy Crate?
Whether the ROG Delta S Wireless can be recognized in Armoury Crate?
Have you try to cross test with other device?
Could you kindly provide the Armoury Crate version and a screenshot of the Armoury Crate Update Center?
Could you also help record and provide the relevant logs for us to investigate further?

Hello,
I have uninstall the armoury crate with no result. My headset couldn't be recognized in armoury crate app.
I've tried it with two other laptops and with my phone via bluetooth (it was previosly connected to my phone and worked well, but now it's not visible there too).

based on your issue, could you specify what item you updated and to which version caused the problem occurred?
Also, does the issue happen in both 2.4G mode and Bluetooth mode?
Please provide the Armoury Crate version and a screenshot of the Armoury Crate Update Center.

Hello,

Hello,
My headset stop working after update of the firmware of the headset.
I've tried all steps with pairing tool like described on https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1051041. Nothing changed - it still not working.
Do have any other ideas?

I am a delta s wireless user. After the latest 0.0.0.18 update, there is no problem with Bluetooth connection like 2.4 etc. However, in terms of software, sound settings, equalizer and echo are not working. Will these be solved?

Within the internal release on 1/11, a new version of Audio SDK v3.01.19 was introduced.
This version aims to address the issue of ineffective sound adjustments.
Have you checked the update center to get the latest version update?
If not, please update to the latest version and remember to restart after the update.
If the issue persists even after updating to this version, please provide logs and screenshots of the update center page for our reference.
