ROG DELTA S - Sound optimization not working in Armoury Crate after update

Like in the title, today i pressed the update in AC and the sound optimization options are not working! The sound is flat and games are unplayable, i cannot rely on sound at all. Its infuriating.

Actually the sound is not Flat (i would like it to be) - its compressed my mistake i misspelled, like there was some kind of echo to it. I guess it set itself on the default Profile setting in the Sound Optimization in Armoury Crate which is "Communication" and it is completely locked. Changing bass, compression, voice clarity or equalizer, NONE of those options work!! Cannot play games at all at this point.

Same issue here with me ROG Theta 7.1.
I have some reverb, so it's not Flat. Changing mode for Music or anything in the equalizer doesn't work at all.
Problem start right after the last update.

The same problem with the Rog Delta S, after the update the headphones sound weird and I can't change settings in armory crate, I tried to reinstall armory crate nothing, the headphones don't sound like before. I hope asus solves the problem quickly

the same problem, after the update, the headphone settings stopped working, and the sound became like a barrel

Have you encountered issues with headphones not being adjustable in Armoury Crate and experiencing audio problems after an update?

Did you use the Armoury Crate "uninstall tool" to uninstall and reinstall the software?

Which specific item did you update before the problem occurred?

Is the headphone firmware updated to the latest version?

Could you please assist by providing screenshots of the Armoury Crate Update Center page and logs for reference by the backend team?

Yes I did. (I lost every options, my luck I save the chakram options and the headphone options )

Unfortunately, I do not know.

Yes.
