Like in the title, today i pressed the update in AC and the sound optimization options are not working! The sound is flat and games are unplayable, i cannot rely on sound at all. Its infuriating.

The sound is normal neutral in any application or video game but the optimization of sound inside armoury crate does not produce any change
Associate the headphones with the sound software of the sonic studio 3 motherboard and in the 4 default sound options you can see the sound changes

Hello I had the same problem since the beginning of January with the rog delta S usb uninstall the Armoury and also the headphones drivers and complicate the problem even more if it is possible to reinstall your operating system it would be good because in the end that was the solution to my problem until today and I also realized that the headphones work better connected to a usb c or usb 3.0 port with the type A extension

Hi, I have the same problem, I basically have everything at maximum volume both on the headphones and in the game, in any mode I change plate, FPS, game, music the audio seems low it reproduces almost like a literally disgusting sound, I would like to be helped if possible because I uninstalled everything and updated it to the latest version, I even reformatted the PC, but nothing, the problem persists.

Asus doesn't do anything they don't care, they kept asking me to send them audio files and logs and I did that and they still keep repeating the same thing. They don't want to admit they screwed up headset from an update. I never did get it fixed and I told them I'm going to buy something else because they don't care about what damage they cause to there users. I waited a month with no results. In turn they should be sending me a new one and because of the treatment and time I should have an updated newer headset from Asus, but no they won't do that either. They want you to spend more money it's always money. I've spent over 12k since 2022 on Asus hardware and accessories to end up with this type of treatment so that just shows you. It's money not customer server.

Yup, I waisted an entire month with no solution, I couldn't wait around I went from using a crappy microphone from my web camera to going out after 30 days to purchase a brand new headset because 30 days and no results simply tells me they don't care.
