ROG DELTA S - Sound optimization not working in Armoury Crate after update

Like in the title, today i pressed the update in AC and the sound optimization options are not working! The sound is flat and games are unplayable, i cannot rely on sound at all. Its infuriating.

Hello, like many users, I have the same problem after the update of 4/1/2024. The sound optimization does not have an effect. The sound remains in a flat tone and very uncomfortable echo to use the headphones.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. 
After careful verification by the backend team, the team plan to release a new version of Audio SDK v3.01.19 within this week to address the current issues. 
To prevent more users from encountering the same problems after updating, the team have temporarily removed the old version of Audio SDK v3.01.17.
During this period, you can choose to reinstall Armoury Crate or patiently wait for the new version to be available for update later this week.

That's just it there is no answer only thing I kept getting is they wanted more log files from audio testing for the microphone and the log from Armour Crate that does all the updates to the devices.  I sent them what they asked for then they wanted more tests when it's the same exact thing and the answer is  silence nothing and no resolution to the problem they caused with the update to the headset.  I can't wait around for months for nothing to be resolved when it's a simply you broke it you replace it and that isn't what they will do from what I've seen.

The update improved the sound but it was choppy, I tried uninstalling and installing armory crate and the sound optimization still has no effect

may I ask if the intermittent sound issue occurs within a specific software? 
Is the problem only present when using particular software? 
Also, can you confirm if adjusting the headphones in Armoury Crate is currently effective?
