ROG DELTA S NOT APPEAR IN ARMOURY CRATE

Hello,

My ROG DELTA S does not appear in Armory Crate to customize audio.
The headset audio is horrible without customization, I need help.

I also can't use the motherboard's audio customization, when I check there is no AI Audio utility program.

Can anyone help?

if your device manager can recognize the device but it cannot be recognized in Armoury Crate, please provide Armoury Crate logs to help the team identify the problem.

Please ensure that the logs accurately record the occurrence of the issue.

Here are the steps to collect Armoury Crate logs:

Once you have completed the above steps, please upload the collected log files to a cloud storage service and send us the link via private message.

Also, please provide us with your product serial number.
