Hello,
My ROG DELTA S does not appear in Armory Crate to customize audio.
The headset audio is horrible without customization, I need help.
I also can't use the motherboard's audio customization, when I check there is no AI Audio utility program.
Can anyone help?
Thanks.

Hi @Aureliannn_ROG,
Yes, I uninstalled Armory Crate using the official tool and reinstalled it again and it was the same.
I formatted my computer and it was the same.
This problem has been occurring since I changed components, bought a new motherboard, processor, RAM, disks and watercooler.
I will send you the records via private message.
Thanks!

Hi @Tiagofamarques ,
may I know which device you are currently connecting your headphones to?
The USB-C® connection mode supports PC, Mac, mobile devices, as well as gaming consoles such as Nintendo Switch™ and Sony PlayStation®.
Please make sure you have connected it correctly.
Additionally, you can also check the device manager to see if the system is unable to recognize the device as well.
Regarding the issue with the AI noise-canceling feature not being available for the motherboard audio, please note that the ROG MAXIMUS Z790 FORMULA does not support this feature.
Therefore, it is normal that you are unable to enable it. You can refer to Q1 in the link provided below for confirmation.

Thank you for your understanding.

Hi @Aureliannn_ROG,
I'm connecting my headset to my ROG HYPERION GR701, I've already tried connecting directly to the motherboard and it didn't work. Device manager recognizes my headset.
The AI noise cancellation feature I was already able to use on this motherboard when my headset was working well, but for about a few days I couldn't use it anymore. So the motherboard does support this feature! I await a solution.
Thanks!

Hi, I resolved today (from yesterday I tried to resevolve).. The order of the things I did is:
1: Reinstalling windows 11
2: Install ARMOURY CRATE + AURA
3: From control panel of windows 11, I uninstall only the 3 pack of AURA.
4: Reebot pc, open ARMOURY CRATE-->tool-->Utiliy--> Install "Two-way AI Noise Cancelation"
5: Reboot pc, and ARMOURY CRATE show me finally the Headset Delta S

It worked, what I did was just uninstall armoury crate with the unistaller tool provide by asus on site and install it again but this time I selected the aura option.. thanks
