Hi
I got my self a pair of ROG DELTA II but when I installed armoury crate to update it the update was no where to be found , I used two PCs and both armoury cate gear and full armoury crate yet still nothing
connected the doungle both using USB-C and USB-A , also tried to connect the headset via USB cable but that also didnt help
in the update center i noticed that the "device firmware" section is missing as a whole from the DELTA II components , so how should i go about fixing this issue? Do i need to RMA this headset?missing "device firmware" section

However, please note the following before updating:
Turn off your earbuds: Please make sure to turn off your earbuds completely before starting the firmware update.
After completing the update, please check if the issue has been resolved.

Hi, so let me answer your questions one by one.
1- No headset abnormality
2- Uninstall tool has been used multiple times but didnt help
3- no problem with bluetooth
4- here comes the issue , armoury crate dosent detect frimware update for my headset hen i know for a fact that there were multiple firmware updates released for that headset , current firmware version 00.03.00 but the latest firmware supposed to be 00.03.09 , and as i showed in the original post the "device firmware" section is completly missing from the DELTA II device components.
will provide log file and an image that shows the diffrence betweem my headset and others

Yes I did that like 100 times since I got the headset yesterday each time hoping that armoury crate would find the FW update but sadly no luck as shown by the video linked below. the headset acting like it dosen't support FW update which indicated by the missing "Device Firmware" section , so IDK if i got a headset with locked FW update somehow or armoury crate latest version is completly broken !!

Just got mine today and having the same issue. What I noticed was that after connecting the usb cable in the headset the on/off button blink red and goes off. After turning on/off to off, the light should goes red to be able to update the firmware. But it goes off.
Tried the factory reset but no success.

Feels sad man , this is the 3rd report of the same problem with the same headset, hopefully asus figure what's going on here !!

It’s exactly the same issue that you have.There is no information about the firmware version of the headset on ArmouryCrate
