after the recent updates to the rog strix x870 and firmware updates for the rog delta ii I get random stutters to my audio, everything seems, ive checked every update and reinstall realtek drivers and tried to uninstall the delta 2 drivers an reinstall them too. Can we get a firmware download so I can try and reinstall the firmware? armory crate says up to date but I think I need to reinstall the firmware.

Hi @turbo1177 ,
Regarding the stuttering issue with your ROG Delta II headset, we would like to further understand:
Thank you.

No specific scenario, anytime
The latest firmware update causes intermittent "glitch" noises, like a stutter. But it is more of a distortion noise than a real interruption. Maybe 0.2 seconds. It is from firmware 3.09. I would reflash the firmware but we cannot download it. I think the headset needs to be reflashed.
I am on strix x870e-e, 9800x3d. No issues with anything else, tried multiple times and bios settings. It started after the delta 2 firmware update. Please allow us to download the firmware from the website to reflash if needed

Hello again!
The problem occurred after I updated the SDK to Version 3.01.33. After the update, the sound quality immediately degraded. I would describe the sound as flat, unclear, pitchy & intermittent... The sound was off in every platform i used Discord, Spotify etc. When listening to music at higher volumes, it sounded like I was using a walkie-talkie.... Also it felt like i had surround sound ON (it was off)... Super weird!
I rolled back my system to remove the update, and now my headset is working as before. However, I can't use Armory Crate to change profiles or settings because it asks me to update the device. When I choose "Update Later," it displays a Page Error message. I don't want to take the risk and upgrade again...

I have a similar issue, but after upgrading the firmware on the Delta 2 i get random disconnects, and there is no sound on the headset. I only get the voiced "connected" and "disconnected" sounds.
Have installed armory crate and Gear 10 times now and also helt the button 2 in 150 sec to reset headset.
Unitversion: 00.03.00.00
Dongle-Version: 00 .03.09.00
Only mute button i can find is microfone, anything else it can be?

Hi @turbo1177 @Badly22 @ChristofferB ,
Thank you for reaching out.
Upon verification by our team, it has been confirmed that after reconnecting the device, the virtual surround sound feature that was originally turned off may automatically turn on. The team is currently working on it. In the meantime, you can manually toggle the feature off and on again to disable the virtual surround sound.
Regarding the issues you mentioned such as decreased audio quality, flat sound, unclear audio, inaccurate pitch, and intermittent sound, these are not caused by the virtual surround sound feature. If you are experiencing significant audio quality degradation or intermittent sound, we recommend sending the product in for repair to check the antenna function.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
