Rog delta I EQUALIZER ISSUES

Rog delta I equalizer settings not having any affect on headset sound ex, going from FPS, to Music, to flat. I have un-installed armory crate with uninstall tool and did nothing. Anyone else have issues with EQ having no affect on sound? Kind of unplayable with no EQ sound adjustment

1. Could you please confirm if the firmware of your headphones has been updated to the latest version?
2. Did this issue occur after you updated the firmware?
3. Does using different headphone connection methods improve the issue?
4. Please provide the Armoury Crate logs for our reference.

The log files contain detailed information about the software's operation, which can help our backend team identify the issue. 
Please ensure that the logs accurately capture the moment the issue occurs. (Please enable logging, perform the problematic operation once, and then package the logs.)

After completing the above steps, please upload the collected log files to a cloud storage service and provide the link along with the approximate time and method of operation for our analysis.
