I need help with my ROG Delta 2.
I bought this just a few weeks ago, just around January 2, 2025.
For the past days, the headset was working really really fine. However, the problem just started today. The headset automatically powers off them I readjust the headset on my ears. I tried to charge the headset still it turns off automatically. I tried updating its firmware via the armory crate, but still the problem happens. I also tried resetting it to factory settings, but still the problem persists.
The thing is, the headset automatically powered off when i tried to press the earcup with both my hands to listen to the audio of a particular documentary i was watching. I tried pressing the earcups onto my ears separately and viola, it just so happens that whenever i press the left earcup onto my ear my ROG Delta 2 automatically looses its ******. It turns off automatically. when i press the right earcup onto my ear nothing happens. But it just happens whenever i press the left earcup onto my left ear. I am assuming that the problem is with the left part, perhaps there is faulty wire or mechanical part in the left earcup internals.
Any advise to fix this problem will do. This is brand new and paid a good amount for this. I did not expect this kind of crappy behavior for a product with a premium price.

Hello khlMD
The function button on the right earcup is for bluetooth connection. When pressed, the audio will pause for 5 seconds.
To activate bluetooth, press and hold the bluetooth function button for 5 seconds, it should show in windows Bluetooth and devices. To turn off bluetooth, press and hold the bluetooth function button again for 5 seconds.
I use the usb-c to usb-a adapter found in the box for the wireless dongle (2.4GHz connection). As long as audio is playing, the headset shouldn't go to sleep. You can set the sleep timer in Armoury Crate as well as check the charging status. If the headset goes to sleep, a quick press of the (left earcup) function button turns it on and activates the led's.
I will recommend using the usb-c to usb-a adapter for the wireless dongle and connect it to a usb 2.0 - 3.0 port on your pc.
